Step 1) Visit the SBI complaint website that is https://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS/Status.jsp

Step 4) Maximum 500 characters are allowed in the description field where you can write your query in brief.
Step 5) After filling the form you need to verify the details properly than click on the Submit button.
